When I moved to Tillsonburg 4 years ago I became involved with the dynamic group of talented people of Theatre Tillsonburg. These people share their many gifts in order to provide quality entertainment in this area of Ontario. Their enthusiasm and imagination is `catching’ and I am proud to have been named president this year.

If you have ever had the itch to get on stage, wanted to help out back stage or volunteer in any way we always welcome fresh new faces. At Theatre Tillsonburg we offer a range of programs such as our highly successful theatre camp and our summer teen theatre show.

Our 2009 / 2010 playbill once again offers a wide range of shows. This year we kick off our season with a hilarious farce called Hotbed Hotel written by Michael Parker and directed by Mike Jull. This February we proudly present Office Hours written by one of Canada’s most beloved playwrights Norm Foster and directed by Sandra Andrews. We end our 2009 / 2010 regular season in the spring with the classic On Golden Pond written by Ernest Thompson and directed by Bill Klos.

The 2010 / 2011 season brings an exciting mix of shows and kicks off with the beloved musical Cabaret directed by Marion Rogers in November followed by Funny Money directed by Carmen Agro in February 2011 and I’ll Be Back Before Midnight directed by Shawn Reilly in May 2011.

The best way to guarantee you have the best seats available is to become a season ticket subscriber. All too often the first week of a show doesn’t always sell the best then by the second week we are sold out. So please call our box office at 519-688-3026 and get your tickets before the rush.
